Jones Sign, partnering with Simon Property Group, undertook a comprehensive signage upgrade at Bay Park Square. The project included replacing 6 mall entrance signs and 4 large monument exterior perimeter ground mall entrance signs. From design to installation, Jones Sign ensured adherence to Simon Property Group's brand guidelines while minimizing disruption to mall operations.
The project began with a thorough site survey and design agreement, detailing sign design, removal, permitting, fabrication, and installation costs. Jones Sign's project management team collaborated closely with Bay Park Square throughout the process, from shop drawing approval to final sign inspection prior to installation. Careful coordination ensured a seamless transition, with a detailed timeline for old sign removal and new sign installation. The new signs, including large cabinet signs for mall entrances and varying sizes of exterior perimeter ground signs, not only met design specifications but also catered to the mall's specific needs.
