The Verizon entry for Super Bowl LI at Houston’s NRG Stadium featured 2 Sets of Lit letters – 10′ tall and 14′ tall respectively. The letters were made to adorn the Verizon Super Bowl Live Stage and concert area in the two week period prior to the Super Bowl. Photographs sourced from Twitter tell the tale of how the signage – produced in Green Bay, WI and shipped to Houston made its way into the background of selfies and on location Television programs.
Super Bowl LI was undoubtedly the most thrilling Super Bowl of all-time as we all bore witness to the biggest comeback and first overtime in Super Bowl History. The New England Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons 34-28 as Tom Brady cemented his legendary status as the first Quarterback to win 5 Super Bowl trophies.
