When new ownership took over the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2012, they wasted no time in putting together an ambitious upgrade to the hallowed ground of Dodger Stadium. Jones Sign Company bid on the project, but ultimately the project was awarded elsewhere. In Winter 2014, with the project well underway with an eye on completion to start the 2015 season, the Dodgers organization lost faith in the sign contractor that they had chosen — turning the project over to Jones Sign Company.
Jones Sign Company had all the signs installed by opening day 2015.
Getting the sign aspect of the 2015 project for the Los Angeles Dodgers proved to be the beginning of a great relationship: Jones Sign Company was also contracted to update the sponsorship signage prior to the 2016 & 2017 seasons as well.
Project Rescue is more and more a part of our business each year. We stay in touch with contractors even for projects where they decided to go in a different direction. Sometimes, it becomes clear to a client that their chosen sign contractor won't be able to make deadlines. We don't judge that at all - there usually isn't time. We do bring all of our manpower to the table to ensure the client has their sign package manufactured and installed prior to their deadline day.
