Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator works closely with a team of Project Managers to expertly manage sign project for our clientele. As the projects progresses, the Project Coordinator assertively holds  internal & external resource teams to a timeline, frequently communicates with the client & matriculates the project toward a successful outcome.  Our definition of success means meeting deadlines, holding costs within a set budget, getting paid for out-of-scope work, & ensuring the end product delights the client.

  • Creates & Executes Project Work Plans;Revises Them to Meet Evolving Needs
  • Manages Day-to-Day Aspects of a Project & Project Scope
  • Coordinates Trades
  • Coordinates & Facilitates Meetings
  • Creates & Manages Budgets, Timelines, & Reports on a Daily Basis
  • Effectively Applies Our Methodology & Enforces Project Standards
  • Minimizes Exposure & Risk on Projects
  • Ensures Project Documents are Complete, Current, & Stored Appropriately
  • Takes on Other Work Assigned by the Director of Project Management
  • An Undergraduate Degree
  • An Advanced Critical Thinking Aptitude
  • Refined Problem Solving Ability
  • Can Boast a Solid Working Knowledge of Computer Programs & Software
  • Has Cultivated Excellent Communication & Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Has a Background in Business, Construction, or Manufacturing
  • Is Highly Organized
  • Knows His or Her Way Around a Spreadsheet Program
