Sales Coordinator

Our Executive Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Department via the coordination & administration of sales-related activities. An Executive Sales Coordinator must be able to work in a fast-paced environment & engage with multiple projects where accuracy & detail is essential.

  • Devises & Implements Sales Processes & Procedures
  • Assists Sales Department with Estimate Submissions, Design Requests, Proposals, & Marketing Information
  • Provides Reports for Management as Requested
  • Creates & Maintains Sales Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Prepares Proposal Documents for Clients
  • Trains Sales Staff on Processes & Procedures
  • Fulfills Requests for Information, Documents, or Marketing Materials
  • Prepares & Coordinates Client-specific Marketing or Project Presentation Materials
  • Maintains & Supplies Project-specific Timeline Sheets
  • Customizes Slide Deck Presentations
  • Conducts Project & Client Research as a Follow-up on New Sales Leads
  • Maintains Lead Organization, Tracking & Follow-up Systems
  • Updates, Organizes, & Maintains Information About all Facets of our Business. Typically, this is Utilized for Marketing, Pre-qualifications, & Proposals
  • Ensures Client References are Updated Regularly
  • Updates Current & Completed Project Information Database
  • Requests Project Profile Pages on Complete Large Venue Projects & new National Accounts
  • Requests Recommendation Letters from Sales Department
  • Trade Show Coordination
  • Confirms Client Set Up in Our Proprietary JobScope Program
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • Exposure to Sales or Marketing
  • Comes with 2-5 years Experience in a Supporting Role in a Construction or Fabrication Environment
  • Must be Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalent), & the Adobe Suite of Programs
  • Is Skilled in Communicating Timelines & Tenaciously Follows-up to Receive Required Information
  • Possesses a Client-focused Mindset
  • Is Meticulously Detailed to Ensure Accuracy of Completed Work
  • Has a Demonstrated Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks While Meeting Assigned Deadlines
  • Can Read & Comprehend Architectural & Shop Drawings
  • Has the Type of Brain that can Easily Comprehend Numerical & Mathematical Information, Measurements, Etc.
